Epi 28: Susan Boyle.

Perhaps she is the best singer I have ever known.

Susan Boyle, the woman who is famous overnight in the Britain's Got Talent 2009, is unbearably funny but she has such a wonderful voice. Everyone was laughing at her foolishness in the beginning, but the audience cheers for her eventually. Well, I burst in tears after listening to her song. I'm so EMOTIONAL. XD

She taught us a very important lesson today. Do not ever judge a book by its cover, in other words, do not judge a person by its look. Take a look at this video clip, and tell me what you think about Susan Boyle.

For your information, she is 47 years old and I heard that she might be singing for Pussycat Dolls. I dropped my jaw when I hear about the news. Well, I will not take it as rumour because she might be hotter than Nicole with her dance moves. LOL

Epi 25: Life.

It's been awhile since I last updated my blog. Can't think of any fresh idea to update my blog nowadays. I'm currently enjoying my life to the fullest while waiting for my college to start. I have friends told me that A-level is quite tough as they have to spend more time on studies. 6 to 8 hours for revision per day. That sounds really crazy. However, I just can't wait until that day to meet new friends and explore my new study environment.

I miss my secondary school life but it will remain as memory by now. I know I have to face more challenges in my future endeavors. Well, life must move on huh? Speaking of life, I have some pictures to share with you. Hope they will make your day.

This is what we call LIFE.

Dance.

Rest.

Kiss.

Relax.

Have Fun.

Giggle.

Scream.

Take Bubble Bath.

Sleep!

Epi 24: Coincidence?

The Prime Minister List of Malaysia:

First : Rahman (1957 - 1970)
Second : Abdul Razak (1970 - 1976)
Third : Hussein Onn (1976 - 1981)
Fourth : Mahathir (1981 - 2003)
Fifth : Abdullah (2003 - 2009)
Sixth : Najib (2009 - ????)

Look, the initial name of the six Prime Ministers forms the word "RAHMAN". Is it just too coincidence or something tells us that we have to remember Tunku Abdul Rahman at all times? Yes, we as Malaysians should always commemorate the Father of Independance for his priceless contributions to the nation of the country. I would say he has got the most number of children in the world because he is also known as the Father of Malaysia. LOL

Well, let's talk about the present. Today, 3rd April 2009 will be jotted down as an important date in the History of Malaysia. Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has stepped down as the fifth Prime Minister and relinquishes his premiership to his deputy, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak is sworn in as the sixth Prime Minister at 10am in Istana Negara today. I finished my JPA scholarship interview at 10am sharp. A ceremony to mark the handing over of duties is held at the Prime Minister's Office in Putrajaya. Well, I was in Putrajaya for my JPA scholarship interview just now. Coincidence again ARGH? XD

By the way, congratulate and best wishes to Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak of becoming the sixth Prime Minister of Malaysia. With his leadership qualities and commitment, he will lead our country to better future and success. What do you think?

Epi 23: JPA Scholarship Interview.

Wake up at 6am in the morning. It's been a long time since I last wake up at this time. Get myself clean and put on my smart clothes. Together with my parents and sister, I'm on my way to Putrajaya International Convention Centre(PICC). Kinda lost at first because Putrajaya is really big. After asking for the right direction, we reach PICC at 7.30am.

A sea of faces when we've reached there. Every candidate is busy looking for his/her name in the attendance list and putting signature. There are 15 panels in total and I will be interviewed in Panel 1. =)

JPA's interview has always been in groups. While waiting for my turn, I try to find my group members and I manage to mingle with all of them. We exchange lots of idea about the interview and even joke around to reduce our nervousness.

After we enter the interview room, we are asked to introduce ourself in the language that we are comfortable with. I speak in English because I'm comfortable with it and OBVIOUSLY, my Bahasa Melayu sucks! LOL.

Next, one of the interviewer makes a statement that the education system in Malaysia is able to train student to be innovative and creative. He asks our opinions and guess what? We have to speak in Bahasa Melayu! I speak the language awfully while giving my opinion. I was like,

OH MY GODNESS!

Another interviewer asks us how are we going to promote our country while studying abroad. This time, we have to speak in English. I feel relief and speak as much as I can to cover the mistake that I have done before.

I screwed the JPA scholarship interview. Well, there is no way I can redo my interview until the time machine is created. I have tried my best and what is done is done. I have no regret going for this interveiw as I get to meet new friends and get some valuable experience.

Good luck and all the best! =D
